[1.7.3] WATER SHADER ALPHA V3

Alpha v3 is out now, some fixes are mentioned later. I hope you enjoy this more than the previous version, it should be a little more stable. (I will still improve this to hopefully reach beta at some point.)

Instructions:
1. copy the files from Minecraft folder to the minecraft.jar
2. copy the '/shader' folder to your '/bin/shader' folder
3. delete the '/meta_inf' folder in your minecraft.jar
