Minecraft 1.9 Pre-Release 6 has been Released! Now with Ending!e

Minecraft 1.9 Pre-release 6 has been released to the public. Along with new features and bug fixes, this version adds an ending to the game! The full feature list is:

• Eyes of Ender now lead you straight above the ring room of a dungeon. Be careful, as this could potentially drop you into lava. 
• The boss of the End now has a health bar. Kill him to access the end of the game. 
• You can go beyond the end with these. 
• End spikes now have these. 
• Lily pads are now solid. They can now also be placed in any biome. 
• Stairs drop stair blocks. 
• Many blocks now break faster with appropriate tools, have had their "health" fixed. 
• Powered Minecarts will now push in any direction. 
• Game Option: Particle effects. 
• A Repeater bug was fixed. 
• Minecraft Boosters are working again. 

New Bugs:

• Wooden Doors now act like iron doors. They cannot be opened manually. 
• Lily pad placement animation has been made too fast. 
• Can't enter a boat while in creative mode without placing another boat. 
• End portal blocks are still broken by water, leading to possibly being permanently trapped in the end. 
• Buttons and Levers no longer attach to Glowstone.

Installation:

• Close Minecraft. 
• Go to Minecraft.jar. You can find this in Windows at %appdata%/.minecraft/bin. 
• Copy your Minecraft.jar file and back it up somewhere else. 
• Move the newly downloaded Minecraft.jar into the /.minecraft/bin folder, replacing the old version. 
• Open up Minecraft and have fun!

How to Connected Texture Mod for Minecraft 1.8.1

1. Download and install Modloader, Test minecraft.
2. Press start, then "run".
3. Put %appdata% into the space required.
4. Open the folder .minecraft.
5. Download Connected textures mod.zip.
6. Drag the mods folder into .minecraft folder and merge the texturepacks folder inside Connected textures into the .minecraft texturepacks folder.
7. Play!

Water Shader Mod for Minecraft 1.8.1

Minecraft, what a beautiful game who thought a game about blocks could ever be so beautiful. But with the amazing mountains and multi-biomes Minecraft adds up to be a pretty beautiful game. But then you see the water, just blue. No depth, one colour no matter the atmosphere no matter the biome. The water is blue.

But now there's a fix! The amazing water shader, a mod that makes the water look amazing. This mod makes the water more reflective, and just improves the game visually.



If you struggle with lag and low FPS I do not recommend installing this mod. But if you have a powerful computer, go install this mod and make your game more beautiful. Even if you install it just to get the experience of the mod. Its easy to install and uninstall. Install the mod see if you like it. If not uninstall. Personally I love it and I will be adding it to my game!

How to Download and Install Water Shader Mod for Minecraft 1.8.1

1. Extract the zipped file, copy all the files inside "Minecraft" folder into minecraft.jar
2. Delete META_INF folder in Minecraft.jar
3. Copy shader folder into Minecraft bin folder

Smart Moving Mod for Minecraft 1.8.1

This mod is personally one of my favourite mods! It doesn't effect the game much, but adds some amazing features which should be in the game by default. The smart moving mod gives your character a few more features, such as climbing swimming and sprinting. I know sprinting has been added in Minecraft 1.8 and that is why I am so hopeful that some of these other features will be added.

Climbing

As you know we can only climb / jump one block in Minecraft vanilla, but this mod gives you the ability to grap a block ( 2 blocks high) and pull your self up! It also gives you the ability to jump and grap a blocks ( 3 blocks high). You can also build a ladder; out of half steps, leaving a gap and you can climb it like a ladder. If you are on the edge of a cliff you can hold onto a block and edge yourself sideways! (Laura Croft style)

Swimming

This mod adds the feature of swimming into Minecraft, yes swimming not just repeatedly jumping in the water! It makes your character look like he is swimming, and by pressing the shift tab he swims faster.

How to Install Smart Moving Mod for Minecraft 1.8.1

• Find your Minecraft.jar it's in %APPDATA%/.minecraft/bin
• Copy your minecraft.jar to your desktop to back it up
• Right click minecraft.jar and go to open with winrar or 7zip
• Delete the META-INF folder! (stops black screen)
• Copy px.class from the downloaded mod zip foloder. Paste it into Minecraft.jar and click replace!
• Run Minecraft and Enjoy!

Add Koi to Minecraft with this Mod (1.8.1)

This Minecraft mod adds koi mobs to the game. Koi are awesome looking creatures that can be used to make fish tanks or koi ponds. They also occasionally spawn items.

Usage:
Koi spawn in fresh water near mountains, plains, and forests. They will not spawn in rivers, oceans, deserts, or swamps.
Each koi will spawn a different item. It will begin to spawn the item once you feed it that item.
Koi flakes can be crafted from mushrooms or flowers. Place two mushrooms/flowers in a shapeless recipe of either color. Throw them at koi and they will eat them.
Koi eggs can be received from koi by killing them. They will drop between 1-3 eggs. One egg can spawn up to 4 koi.

You can catch Koi and place them in a fish tank.

Or use them to decorate your garden with a koi pond.
